Purchased Virgin Broadband with promise of £95 Amazon Voucher within 120 days. Nothing arrived and no response from broadbandchoices customer service.
Virgin accept no responsibility although they benefit from it and have a kick back scheme with them.
Its a sham, stay away from Broadbandchoices and businesses like Virgin who associate with them.
