Owned by Vodafone but much better customer service. Used a simple one month contract that was very easy to manage and efficiently operated. So many operators give poor service. I found them really easy to deal with. Customer service has been good. The overseas call centre has been much better than my normal experience. Calls have been answered quickly and staff have been intelligent, well-trained, friendly and helpful. I ran the contract with a £0 cap without difficulty.
When I left the PAC code was not easy to get hold of and I think they breached Ofcom rules but I managed to sort it out fairly easily.
