“Stay away!!!!!”

They trick you into reserving at a good rate, then email you saying that you need to call them to confirm the booking. Once you call, they tell you that the return flight is not confirmed, they put you on hold, come back and tell you that they will upgrade you as there is no more room in economy. Unfortunately, the upgrade is not free and it ends up costing an extra 500$. If you cancel, they will charge you a cancellation fee of 150$..
