Front tyre shredded and off rim. On a bend on a narrow country lane.
Emailed RAC at 15:30
17:30 spoke to them too busy to get to us.
Continually too busy.
More phone calls. Still nothing happening.
Dark. Cold. 21:00 still no recovery in sight.
Flippant, unprofessional, unhelpful comments from a supposed senior person at Walsall office.
Very helpful External Recovery firm arrive.
8 hours till help arrived.
