So 4 months waiting, no portal updates and only system generated responses.
Submitted several emails for a simple redemption statement update.
No approach made to current mortgage provider and waiting 1.5 hrs for someone to answer on several occasions...NO ANSWER...
No one managing cases and portal states figure requested but untrue to my agent.
No customer service whatsoever.
Even complaints not handled.
This company are letting their associated banks down.
People are remortgaging because they are struggling and absolutely no care or consideration for how this negatively impacts on members of the publish.
