“Just dreadful”

Just dreadful. We picked the car up a bit early and they charged us £25. When I queried it the guy just said very rudely "Didn't you read the terms and conditions?" Just prior to picking up the car at the airport I asked him to text me the instructions where to meet the driver. The guy refused, saying he was "too busy. I've got a lot of customers to deal with". Also had to wait ages for the valet driver, who could barely speak two words of English. Appalling service. Avoid this company.
