Decided to cancel this insurance after 3 days, as all consumers have a right to do. I have been charged £100 (£25 to under righters, £55 for something else that I am unsure of what and then the rest for the 3 days cover). A cooling off period is meant to be a period where a full refund is available. I stated that " refund of premium" is stated in Terms and Conditions and I was 'corrected' by the customer services operator to be told that it does not state a 'full' refund of premium is stated and that they are refunding the premium.
Utterly disgusting.
Avoid.
