The issue that I have experienced was: I bought items from Wayfair.co.uk to furnish my new home. Since then items have not been delivered but reported delivered and some are just late. I've had a nightmare trying to get customer support. For days they just keep apologizing but no one calls or seems to followup. No one seems to care.
Two crucial missing items are beds. I can only sleep on the floor. It's crazy. I'm tired and frustrated. Moving is bad enough but then with the added battle of poor after sales service. Devastating.
