I feel sorry for the staff who answer the phones, who apparently have no authority to do anything at all, other than say sorry.
Having visited the site I can see they are part of Capita group, need we say more.
They have delayed and delayed and delayed, blaming case loads and staffing as the problem. If you are unable to do job properly and do not have the infrastructure as an organisation you should stop! Give it to someone who can do the job and do it well.
