“Avoid avoid avoid Worst company ”

I made a claim 21st june, still havent got replacement phone,

I basically lost my phone some whereade a claim,

They asked for proof of purchase and proof of canceling the sim, i have given,

Then They asked for pictures of the box i mean who keep mobile box?

Then the investor asked me to send bank statement and welcome pack that barclays send, and he asked to send screenshot, they after 3 days they reject the document saying need proper documentation not screenshot,


And now i have emailed to them and i wont get reply for 2 working days until they check,

I never ever again this is the last time im gona be with this company,

Unbelievable car insurance claim more faster than this.
