“Avoid at all cost”

They lost our car and admitted it wasnt park in the parking lot. They then wanted us to pay 15pounds early pick up fee despite informing them as the instructions. They literally said that they didnt care about the contract.
We contacted the police us we didn't know how are vehicle was used during our absence or where it was parked. Caused so much stressed by refusing to release the car despite we paid us paying in advance.
