Waited 2.5 hours for the car to be returned to Heathrow, repeatedly fobbed off by rude staff,they said the car had a flat battery, then that the wrong car had been sent.
I called Heathrow Police, who contacted them.
I then had a call from the manager promising me it was on it's way, and that he would refund my parking fee, and also give me £300 extra..
The car was eventually returned, and it seems I was lucky, having read the other reviews, as it was in good condition and no petrol missing.
I have not received a refund, or the extra £300, of course (despite the manager "Dandy" saying he is a man of his word etc etc")
It was a truly horrible experience. I am contacting Trading Standards and We Compare Airport Parking - how are they still operating?
