Purchased a medi smart watch and the blue tooth connection to the smartphone failed after 9 months, contacted customer services but was told the warranty was only 6 months, they were unable to provide documented evidence in supporting this and were also refused a gesture of good will to extending the warranty to 12 months so that our faulty watch would be covered.
