“Shockingly bad!”

They are the worst meet and greet company I have ever used. They arrived 1 hour 20 minutes late to collect my car, making us delayed for our flight. I had two disabled people with me and the owner said I should, 'go and find another company to book with if you are not happy with the service as I have lots of bookings and lots of money coming in!'. When I called again after having waited 45 minutes already, he said if I called again then he would cancel my booking. On my return, my car was completely covered in bird excretion and the guy brought the car straight away when I called him off the plane as I landed, without waiting for me to even go to the luggage collection. He then kept calling saying if I don't come now he will leave. I was 15 minutes late getting there due to that and he started complaining to me saying if I was late then I would complain, to which I reminded him that I had to wait 1 hour 20 minutes when I had left my car with them. Absolutely shocking and extremely unprofessional.
