Beware of this company or booking 2 King Street, Much Wenlock. We took great pains to leave the property clean and tidy but almost two weeks later we get an email stating the owner has reported damage to 4 areas.
I am absolutely fuming that they can accuse guilts of damage without any means of proof. They claimed we damaged the toilet, marked the carpet, damaged the stair handrail and broke a door!! When challenged they conceded that the toilet had an internal problem and the “stain” on the had magically disappeared.
As renters you have absolutely no recourse to any claims the owners may throw at you.
Despicable company with VERY questionable ethics. Despicable owner for trying to fleece innocent guests.
Avoid both at all costs!!
