“Worst company to use”

If no stars was an option i would be choosing it.

On the 4th of april i dropped my vehicle off at terminal 2 heathrow airport. I called 30mins before arriving and was told someone will collect my vehicle. When arriving i waited an hour and no one had come to collect my vehicle. I called the number provided several times and was told a driver is on his way. But again no-one turned up. I called again as it was last call to check in gor my flight and was advised driver stuck in traffic and to leave my keys on the tyre. I was very concerned but had no choice. Any way my car was collected.

On return from my journey i called the number provided to inform i have arrived so my car can be brought to terminal 2 on the 12th april 2022. I called the driver at 7.30am and was told driver will be 45 mins which i was fine with as i still needed to collect my luggage. At 8.40 i was waiting where i was advised with my 2year old son. I called several times but no answer. I called again at 9.35 and was told driver was stuck in traffic. The man on the phone advised there was stone damage on my wing mirror whilst taking it out of storage. And was told insurance details will be provided by the driver on arrival To which i asked am i able to drive back to a 3hour journey home and reply was yes. Anyway i waited for my car to be delivered and no sign. I called againg at 10.30 and was told driver is still stuck in traffic. How can it take this long to arrive bearing in mind i called at 7.30 and i had a small baby with me.
I called again at 11 as my car had still not arrived and was told he will get the driver to call me. 15 mins later the driver called me off a private number and told me he is getting my car washed due to glass everywhere in my car. I was shocked to hear this. My husband asked the driver what happened on the phone and he put the phone down. My car arrived just after 12pm with my passenger window glass smashed. The driver claimed it smashed on the way down to airport due to a stone hitting the window. Which was clearly not true. I
Not only that my glove compartment which was locked was damaged and broken into whilst in your possession. We questioned the driver and he had no answer.My car alloys have been damaged and and on top of that my mileage was 29897 when i left the vehicle with you and when dropped of it was 30107. WHERE HAS MY CAR BEEN USED?

I am in Total shock. This is not acceptable and i have taken this matter to the police
The manager called me and advised me to email in. Surprise surprise not heard anything.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT YOUR CAR BACK IN ONE PEACE
