“Dreadful company”

Just moved my entire reseller account to www.unlimitedwebhosting.co.uk what a breath of fresh air.

My UH-Hosting / M24/7 / Primehosting (they keep reinventing themselves - probably to try and hide from the negative reviews) account has been offline for 9 hours. It has only been up 27 hours since the last outage which was for 14 hours.

Every time I ring support the poor bod on the phone who sounds miserable as hell says "I don't know what's wrong, they've just asked me to answer the phone" - fantastic!

Their website says 99.99% network availability. RUBBISH.

Was with UH-Hosting for 6 years. Glad to see the back of them.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY!!!
