BEWARE OF CURRYS, their customer service is diabolical, they have no decency. John Lewis customer services is so much better, you can get through, they are always willing to help, go out of their way to value their customers.

CURRYS ON THE OTHER HAND DO NOT CARE. With a delivery a sneaky photo was taken by the driver (DPD), and because a hand was on the box, they state it is delivered. This is a pension, 82 years old with 2 knee replacements. They had no clue what was happening, did not accept the TV.

It has taken months going through the long drawn out process, hand writing and posting the dispute, getting all the evidence together. The driver had no cameras, there should be security. Customers should be protected. Currys have seen the photo and still say it was delivered. A criminal is working at DPD now, the stress and anxiety losing all that money for a TV.

How on earth can Currys state that the TV was accepted by a pensioner? The sneaky photo is of a pensioner's slippers. I am disgusted.

Awful experience, Currys do not care. Shop at John Lewis, protect yourselves.
