“Expensive and low quality ”

Difficult to purchase as their online account service not working.
Huge delays to order.
Within 8 months - sagging and seat cushion not staying in seat.
Their technician states no issue - even though he never sat on it - just plumped it up.
Poor customer service, and sofa not fit for purpose.
Would avoid!
