“Very poor quality furniture”

We bought two Newton leather sofas & a chair in November. Within days the leather was "puddling" & the cushions flattening. In January I rang Next who arranged a technician to visit and examine the furniture. He spent about 30 minutes taking photos and examining the furniture, saying he would report back to Next within a few days. I rang Next the following week and was told his opinion was that "there was no manufacturing fault". I then asked to know what their formal complaints procedure was so I could take it further. A phone call from Next advised they were willing to replace the worst sofa ( the one we used the most) but I explained that in my opinion, we're we to use the other sofa and chair to the same extent they would be equally as bad and were not fit for purpose. They agreed to take them back and give me a full refund which I have accepted. Never again!
