Ordered Octasmart Deluxe Mattress Topper on 10th February. Money debited from my account immediately. Since then no communication from Dormeo. Tried all week to get through to Customer Services; held on for 45 mins for three consecutive days and then had to hang up to go to work. Finally got through today after 20 minute wait to be told my item is out of stock and they have no expected delivery date. Waiting for manager to phone me back today.
