Barclays techpack is a scheme Barclays run by likewize. my laptop broke down due to water damage, and I was told they I will replace but later no they told me they can fix it so I send it them, when the labtop was brought back to it was still broken as I could not use it for even up to hours so I phone them and they ask me to send it to them again which I did, when they brought the labtop back it was still not working properly as it keep freezing so I phoned them and them since they seem not to be able to fix it? they should replace it as dissertation but they said it had to go through repair for three times and if they cant fix it then they will replace it. when I got the labtop for the third time, it was still not working as it should. and my laptop is not even two years old. I phoned my barclays to complain but they said they do not have anything to do with likewise therefore, I should contact likewize, I made this claim 31/01/2022. And nothing has been done by likewize either, I need to submit my dissertation by 21/04/2020. But up till now I do not have a laptop, barclays and likewize are both bad that people should not their Barclays Techpack. For me I will be taking them to an Ombudsman.
