“Cancelled our holiday week before! ”

Booked with Sykes several times but never again.
Booked and paid for holiday in January to go next week. Received a phone call saying holiday cancelled and do I want my money back!
No I want the holiday I have booked and paid for!
They offered to try and book another cottage but there were none available in price range and when I asked for them to use the penalty that they were giving the first cottage they said oh no we don't do that.
Asked for a phone call from manager last week and still waiting. Now had email saying refunded the money and not getting a phone call!!!
Diabolical service
Beware if you cancel you loose your money and if they cancel you get nothing and no holiday!!!
