I had a problem with Gold Car, but vipcars stepped in and refunded my insurance money.
My problem was in the fact that if you don't do their insurance, gold car blocks you on the 950 euro credit card: I only had a credit card and I didn't remember the pin. Disaster.
I had to redo the purchase with gold car and vipcars at least gave me back the insurance money.
