Just don't use them!
We tried to cancel the auto-renewal in September last year and could not access their online system. In the end, we wrote a recorded delivery letter to cancel - they did not.
I decided OK, not the end of the world, we will carry on. BUT now again trying to see my documents, the online service continues to be a disaster with the same mindless 'technical error'. Calling them today, they said there was no workaround and when I asked to see my documents they said they would email them - after I logged out of their system. Which you CAN'T do because of the error! They also said they would not act on a written letter to cancel the autorenewal - WHAT a waste of space.
I just hope I never need to make a claim!
