“Totally disappointing !”

I sent a dear friend a get well fruit basket and she took pictures of the rotten fruits that arrived in the basket !
I have never experienced such poor quality basket in all my years of sending these things.

Several fruits appear to have come from China - it’s a pity since I wud have just preferred them to use local fruits if it meant fresher quality as Thailand’s fresh fruits quality is second to none !

While their service and follow ups are good - it came down to quality of the products they represent !

I won’t use them ever again !
