I placed an order for over 700 pounds on the website of Discount Equestrian on 11 October 2011. The website told me that the payment was unsuccessful three times; afterward it turned out that the payments DID go through. So I paid three times, and immediately informed the shop of this. They send me an email saying that the payments would be refunded immediately. Now, 26 October, I still haven't got my money back - and the goods haven't arrived yet either (two full weeks later!!). No reply to emails, phone doesn't get picked up. Never again an order with Discount Equestrian - in fact, I don't even know whether I will get the over 1400 pounds back which they owe me due to a failure of their website.
