First of all, the repair was delayed by 2 weeks via text update no phone call. The repairer came out to do a very simple repair of the battery and screen- he came back to me to say the part used has completely BROKEN my phone. No one from the insurance contacted me. I had to source a phone and call them spending 25 mins on hold to call the repair company as they had no update. I have now been told they cannot commit to a replacement phone being sent out tomorrow and it might be the day after. I need my phone for work and none of this is my fault. I have been paying £14 a month for what i expected to be really good insurance, i have been paying for over 4 years and this is my first claim. The service is dreadful. If they used a reputable repair company rather than trying to cut costs none of this would have happened! Avoid them.
