“Distraught ”

I ordered 28th for delivery 31st.

Today is 31st no dispatch email so i contact them say has it been dispatched to only be told that there is no stock.

Right ok so why am i chasing you to be told this?

They advised me my currency would not be in stock until 5th jan which is the day i travel

I am told they have redunded me but given its new years eve looking like this will be at least 5 to 7 days.

I now have no currency and and no money for replacement currency

My holiday is ruined. They stop replying to emails once you ask for a manager. Refused to call me as apparently they only communicate via email but after telling me this they stop communication

If i incur any charges related to this order i will report them as this is their issue

They have no interest in customer service when things go wrong

Lack of compassion. I am disabled and left like this. Left hanging with no holiday money.

In tears. Absolutely distraught
