Absolutely shocking experience! Chairs dispatched by seller 9th December 21, my chairs have been to 3 different centre's Goole, Selby, Lincolnshire back to Selby! Tracking is ridiculous, then I got a message saying M&S will be delivering today, I am in and have ring video door bell, says they left parcel in porch with card….guess what! Nothing there, been through my video footage NOBODY has been! Then I receive a rate us questionnaire lol
You can not contact yodel customer care team by phone or web chat, I have been trying for over a week! Automated message when you call giving update that never changes and then cuts off, web chat goes round in a circle for hours asking for you to wait for next next advisor.
Can’t make a complaint as it says because you have to call them or go on web chat it’s a complete joke!
So thanks yodel for NOT delivering my chairs to eat at the table for Christmas dinner and saying that you have delivered them.
DISGUSTING company!
