“Email have a harsh tone ”

I have ordered several times, the last order came wet and the Christmas picks were damp. Taking pictures of damp items is not easy. However I sent the pictures of the box wet as soon as the delivery arrived.

I have emailed several times, to be told not to keep emailing. Wanting further pictures. No apologies.

Not interested in customer service, the time of the emails is not customer friendly.

Not even apologies or replacement offered.

Poor service would never order again, they clearly not interested!

Extremely disappointed. I would not bother placing orders with a company that have no customer service skills. I never tight reviews but felt I needed to advise others.

Tones on emails are awful!
