“sorting out new policy”

after purchasing motor insurance on line i recieved an email that i would be contacted as there was some extra information required, i was not contacted so i phoned up , no one seemed to be able to help i was passed to different depts 8-9 times before i eventually got to speak to a nice lady who eventually sorted it all, i was on the phone for over an hour ( not very impressed with the service)
