“Cancellation and poor communication system (not reachable)”

Avoid this company. This company is based in England so if you are in Australia, contacting them it will be impossible. I booked a car but for some reason they couldn’t provide me what I need. I tried to cancel my booking 48 hs before the pick up time by calling the numbers they provide you on website, but unfortunately it was impossible!
Long story short, I lost my money without even use the car and without having an understanding why that happened. They answer your emails after 3-4 days. The chat and call line is always off. Please use a proper website or company who can support you for any issues and understand your needs and wants.
