I sent flowers to the wrong address. I realized it after the fact, so thought this special occasion would not receive the best wishes. I quickly called and the dispatcher had the delivery picked up at the old address and delivered to the new correct address. I was really impressed with the "above and beyond" service and the receiver was thrilled with her flowers. Thanks so much!
