If there was a zero I'd be giving this. Totally disgraceful customer service! We may as well be handling the case ourselves. We find it so difficult to get through to anyone (the worst I've ever experienced) and when we do it just so happens the person dealing with the claim is never available. A message is always 'passed on' although we never recieve a call back. My 17 y/o son was granted his whiplash money early by the courts and was told 4 days. Carpenters have breached this as its now 6 weeks and still nothing. We phone as usual, and are told the usual! It would take me ages to state all the negatives on this review. Seriously. Avoid this company at all costs.
