Firstly to say, lovely little plant but worth it for an artificial plant. Site says delivery 5-10 days. Paid £5.95 postage.
Order placed on 6th November, delivered 19th November. Tried to track, twice, no response. Telephoned, holding on for 6 minutes and eventually dealt with to be told their delivery times are down to Royal Mail. No apology and very surly attitude. Would suggest the Company reduces it’s acquisitions and concentrates on Service and Customer Satisfaction
