“poor packaging and lack of customer support and engagement”

I ordered a composite sink that was supplied from italy. it arrived two months late. when it did arrive it was smashed. it was very difficult to contact plumbworld as their web site was not functioning properly. I eventually got through by phoning sales who put me through to customer service. they were very polite but did nothing about sorting out the poor packaging. a second one arrived . that was also smashed. again another waste of my time trying to contact them and then a third one sent out. it was OK .

but no apology and no compensation for all the delay and time wasting in getting it sorted. I now have to take two smashed sinks to the tip.
