“Abysmal Customer Service - Emails ignored & No Refund ”

I saw that Shavekit had withdrawn £30 from my bank account, so I contacted them immediately, and received what Seemed like a friendly reply from someone, and was told I could return any unused packages for a refund.

According to Royal Mail these packages were received by Shavekit on Monday 1st November. Two emails were sent on Wednesday 3rd and Thursday 4th November to shavekit pointing out they have received the returns and requesting a refund. These emails have both been ignored, and I am counting down the days to ask my bank to recover my money for me.

Talk Talk warned me when I clicked ‘confirm’ on my order. I only wish I had taken this warning more seriously.
