Had terrible trouble trying to get in touch. Several times I asked for call back. This started off at 10.30 inthe morning and went on till late afternoon. The only person who seemed to care was the poor lady on reception who finally sent capital letters as to the what had gone on and copied the Manager. I think he needs to put his foot down
However, when I finally spoke to Ani I felt a lot calmer. Still wasn't impressed by the price of the Insurance as it went from £73 to £142
Anyway, Ani explained why. But nothing was my fault, the bike was listed in different places as 99cc or 113cc. Anyway I could have bought at the lower price but not have been covered. Which wouldn't have been my fault but no doubt you wouldn't have paid out if I had a claim.
