I usually build my own PCs, but after researching the parts I wanted this time around, found that I couldn't afford the extortionate prices that are being charged these days due to the supply issues for average folks, so decided to look about for a company that could custom build for me at a more reasonable price. Since PCSpecialist is the ONLY company that will offer aftersales support to folks that live in Northern Ireland, and since they actually had almost the Exact system I was looking to build, I went with them.
The build took just over a month due to supply issues with the Graphics Card (understandably), and once it was completed the delivery took just over a week.
The build quality was very good, with my only real complaint being the wiring (remember, I am extremely picky as I usually build my own). The system was packaged very well, and was completely undamaged in delivery.
I was very impressed with the lack of bloatware on the machine, and although I have since redone the wiring to my own standards (the wiring was not bad by any means, but due to my own requirements it had to be redone), I would say this machine was easily 10/10.
Build Time (considering the current supply issues) 10/10
Build Quality 10/10
Wiring 8/10
Delivery 10/10
I have yet to need to call customer support so have nothing to say about their service, but if their sales team is anything to go by, they know their stuff, and are easily a 10/10 too.
