“Hands down one of the most uncomfortable interactions...”

Hands down one of the most uncomfortable interactions with a company I have ever tried!!!! I don't even know where to start..

We booked the car, and ready to go... However, we had to inform the car rental that we would be 11 hours delayed... We were told that we simply had to pick up the car before 7 AM the next morning.... Great we thought, however the shop does not open until 7 AM and when we got their before 7AM, we thought that we were in luck as there was a woman in the store.... But she would not assist us until she had cleaned the toilets... She was not done until after 7AM and so we lost our booking.....

She read through the notes tied to our booking, and they were false - we could in no way recognize what was written... It stated we were coming from Sardinia (not even that was correct)
She then told us, that this could have been smooth sailing, had we just paid 40 euros extra for them to open the shop an hour earlier...
Why were we not informed about this!? And why is this not stated anywhere????

She would not write anything down for us but promised to vouch for the story about being early if anything happened..... A very smart move to get people out of the store as it is obviously pretty much impossible to get a hold of Car Rental in Olbia.

After having returned from the vacation we found, that it was impossible to give a complaint - when I fill out their "query section", I simply get an e-mail back about the query being "resolved"... I am not really sure, what their definition for this is but this is definitely not how I feel!!!

When I called the head office to ask about our complaint, they were rude and threatening. CRAZY way to run a business but I think this is more just a sham. We have been in contact with but they are telling us to contact Centauro.... Though Centauro has simply been a dead end for us.....

Please, do not engage with this company - they are so bad and very good, maybe even the best, at ruining your vacation.
