“Delivery date changed repeatedly, no refund for...”

Site said 6 weeks for delivery. I spoke to Sales, who confirmed this, so long as I chose a colour they had in stock. So we changed the colour to ensure it arrived in time. Original date given was 8 weeks, then pushed back to 10, then 12...had to keep changing dates for fitting. Door eventually arrived without sill, so we had to chase 1 down whilst men were installing. Told JVD, and they wouldn't refund it, said it needed to be noted within 24 hrs...I was heavily pregnant and couldn't unwrap door, husband was away as we didn't have a set date for delivery so couldn't be in without knowing that. Poor customer service, straight up false information on the site and from sales people re: delivery times, and the door quality is lousy. Plus, they offer Cashback for reviews and even that wasn't paid without me having to chase for payment! I'd give them no stars if I could, will never use again.
