“AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!”

ALL I WANT TO KNOW IS WHEN MY ITEM WILL BE DELIVERED! IS THIS TOO MUCH TO ASK?

THIS COMPANY DO NOT CARE ONE JOT ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. THEY JUST TAKE THE MONEY.

My delivery was due between 4.10pm & 6.10pm Thursday 16/09. Someone has been in the property since Tuesday and I have CCTV. NO-ONE has attempted a delivery, yet my status has been "carded". Does this mean it will be attempted tomorrow? Or the next day, or when? As it is impossible to get in touch with an actual human being, I can only guess.

I leave my review on Trustpilot and XDP reply! I get my hopes up of a delivery.

I try to follow up with the "reply" from XDP. Still says it is at the depot. No indication of when it will be delivered. The contact info takes me to a generic screen where I can input my details to go to a different screen showing me the SAME DETAILS! Why can they not tell me when this is going to be delivered??

I hope someone from XDP contacts me soon, or better still, delivers my item, but after reading their reviews, I won't hold my breath!

You could base a whole episode around this company!!

By the way XDP, I have been contacted both of the above TV consumer champions!
