“APPALLING customer service”

Agent either refuses to respond to repeated emails or dodges the questions. Extensive work done to property since I moved in, yet I was not notified in advance and not even after scaffolding was erected. I had to be in on many occasions to allow the work to be completed, including painting window frames / front door etc. And now I've discovered that more work has to be done - from the builders themselves, as the agent apparently refuses to be honest with me, on the rare occasions when he does make contact.
