“Online Buyers Beware. No returns accepted.”

Bought online 2 pair of boots using their measuring guide. Both a good size too small. Emailed back on date of arrivial asking to do a return and exchange for a larger size. Reply "We sent the right size according to your order.
According to our return policy,if there is no serious damage problems with the products,it won't be supported to returned or exchanged"
My reply: You are a registered UK company.
The Law of distant selling regulations state:
Sales of this kind are known as 'distance selling'. You must offer a refund to customers if they've told you within 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel. They have another 14 days to return the goods once they've told you. You must refund the customer within 14 days of receiving the goods back.
Regardless I will be reporting you to Trading Standards UK and making sure I put a ‘buyer beware, do not buy from this company’ on every social media site.
Your returns policy does NOT state this as I checked before ordering. Instead it states:

"We accept return of products. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after the receipt of the product.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or our transit station"

Therefore, as you are a registered UK company, I have the right to do a UK return and request the address.
