“Cannot get technical advice”

If I could give this company zero stars I would, I had a technical query with the parts supplied I originally contacted this company via email on the 25th August, on the 26th August a lady asked me to send photos of the instructions and parts pack which I did on the same day. So technical did not have access to fitting instructions and asked me to supply them.

I duly sent what was asked, 13 days after my original query I had not received an answer to the issue, so I sent another email asking for an update this was on Monday 6th September, 3 days later and I am still waiting for a reply, I cannot accept that Covid is responsible for the delay, there is a telephone number on the website but when you call this it makes it plain you can only speak to sales and any technical issues must be sent via email, so if you wanted to purchase that’s fine and you can speak to a person,

I know realise that this company as no intentions of resolving issues that people may have with their products and don’t intend wasting my time trying to contact them again

I will now search online for review sites to make people aware of the terrible customer service that can be expected from this company

The toilet seat was the Gallasia SA02
