It took VIP some time to react to my complain but when I followed up he surly moved things and directed the complaints and resolved in less than an hour - wow great professional and made me believe that my loyalty to BIP cars is the right decision . I am hoping that this mediocre rental company in Jordan which I leased the car from will be blacklisted as to give them loud and clear message you just can not black mail or force customers to be scammed . Thank you VIP cars
