“Great repair to Ford Focus bodywork”

Our car was referred to Solus by our insurance company for repairs to a front wing and door following a close encounter with a large truck. We were kept well-informed of the repair status once the car had arrived at the Solus workshops in Coventry. The original target date was missed by a couple of days, but this was of little consequence. The car was transported back to our address by a friendly, helpful driver who assisted with starting the vehicle when we found the battery was too flat to operate the starter motor (the car had been out of commission for a month, so presumably the engine had not been turned on much in that time).
The only, minor disappointment is that we found the car had acquired a small ding to the rear bumper, but this should be easy to tidy up with emery paper a little touch-up paint.
Overall, dealing with Solus has been a very pleasant experience, and we are delighted with the standard of repairs to the car. Our thanks to the whole team.
