15 mins before timeslot for collection expired the tracking status changed to "We've tried to collect your parcel today but it looks like it's already been collected. Please contact your retailer if you need any help"
Item had not been collected - CCTV confirmed no attempt made.
Amazon said it was a very good courier and issued anorther return label.
Not possible to reach any human and chatbot on website tells you nothing and offers no real help.
