“POOR QUALITY CARPET. ONLY A 5 YEAR WARRANTY”

Terrible quality carpet.

The first time it was fitted it shrunk within weeks and had to be refitted.

Then it came away from the grippers and the carpet is rucking up

Carpetright say they cannot do anything as there is only a 5 year warranty and re-stretching it may damage it further.

Total waste of money. Get any warranty promises in writing.
